Circle of Life- Variations

This painting i did on a soul vacation. I never felt the way i felt painting this painting. It was undescribable. Was loaded by so many contradicting emotions. Banging inside me wanting to come out. Nature was around me , Since i was away in the country side. And the moon was my inspiration...

This is one of my best friend's critique of this painting..
and i really liked it. as it closely described how i felt towards it.

Dear Tas,

This picture seems to describe so many feelings all at the same time, by showing the tree during different time periods and seasons.. with background colors to match. It almost feels like a person, with his many contradicting feelings. As a person looks at the painting.. his eye jumps from one season to another according to what he's feeling.. or what he starts feeling as soon as he finishes critiquing one part of the painting. For example.. we start with the icey season in the downer left corner.. it expresses a sudden sadness because it is winter.. and purple is a mixture of blue and red.. since it's a mixture of both.. one feels a mixture of sadness.. yet a slight hope of better things coming in the future.. then the small rose/red patch catches the eye.. a feeling of slight passion, hope and love... but over it is a slight brown patch.. which has a touch of yellow in it.. but the brown feels slightly depressing.. maybe expressing a lack of confidence in that upcoming hope.. but then the upper left corner has a more autumny season.. some leaves are growing.. and there are bright reds and yellows.. expressing an upcoming and optimistic view and hope towards the future.. then a small patch of orange seems to have some dark blue clouds.. as the painting starts to show night.. and the leaves are gone.. regardless of ones hopes.. there are times when one is cold, and alone.. and everything is dark.. yet one still tries to hold his own through the night.. half of the moon is a yellowish green and the leaves catch on a similar blue to the night sky as we move to the upper left corner of the painting.. a transition between the cold night.. to a calmness and piece of mind in the greenish area below the upper right corner.. at this point one of two areas catches the eye.. either the purple.. expression a hope for change and passion in the future.. or the slight patch of red fire.. when a person still remembers a past he wishes to forget and feels angry about it.. then returns to the calm and serene mood (green again.. and then we go to the grass below.. which is a brown with slight touches of green.. one finally accepts his emotions and self.. but with a hint of peace.. serenity.. passion.. and hope... it's basically a painting that expressed a cycle of feelings one person with contradicting emotions could go through.
